Jeffrey Pavlatos

President

After an undergraduate degree in Biology and Sociology from the University of Iowa, a love of architecture and design led to a career path change in 2000. Starting with a project management position at a Chicago area premier Development and Construction firm Jeff worked through the ranks to become Director of Construction. With dreams and aspiration of creating something new and different in the industry Silver Leaf Construction & Renovation was formed in 2007. Focused on technology and efficiency he created a unique system to deliver a high quality product specializing in large scale kitchen, bath and custom remodel projects. With more than 750 career builds, Jeff serves as President overseeing the Silver Leaf team and collaborates the design & build of more than 25 projects per year.


Andrea Varaneckas

Designer

Graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from University of Illinois at Chicago, Andrea received continued recognition for her achievements and gained valuable knowledge of Classic Italian Architecture and Art History during her studies abroad. With several featured projects she excelled in numerous disciplines including AutoCAD, Auto kitchen, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Cinema 4D. Andrea then honed her Design skills at Cheryl D. & Company where she worked in client selections, plan drawings and cabinetry design and renderings. Arriving in 2015 to Silver Leaf as Lead Designer, Andrea manages all project design and development as well as client interactions, material selections and interior design. Andrea was integral in establishing the Seigle’ s cabinetry dealership with Aristokraft, Diamond and DuraSupreme. Using the newly implemented 2020 system she creates all layouts, specifications and renderings to assist in visualizing your project parameters making use of the latest in cutting edge design trends.


Larry Bogosh

Director of Construction

As a Chicago area native Larry began his career as a Manufacturing Engineer specializing in mechanical engineering, management and purchasing. He transitioned his engineering skills to the construction industry in 1987 when he formed D&L Service. Focusing on home remodeling Larry's hands on approach gained a vast knowledge of all trades and practices. With more than 1000 career builds Larry joined Silver Leaf in 2007 as a Field Superintendent and craftsman. Now as Director of Construction he uses more than 30 years of industry experience to manage and oversee all field operations assuring quality and efficiency is maintained and projects are delivered with the highest level of quality.


Andy Rees

Director of Sales & Business Development

Following an undergraduate degree in Corporate Communications from Northern Illinois University Andy began with Apartments.com as Midwest Sales Director. From there he was hired as the publisher of the Chicago Home Book where he led his team to countless achievements and awards. Shortly thereafter Andy expanded his industry knowledge as a Loan Originator with Open Mortgage and ranked #1 on gross loans closed in 2009. Soon after Andy was recruited and hired by Luxe Interiors + Design as Publisher and lead the Chicago sales team to #1 overall in total sales. It was here Andy got a taste for the Design Build marketplace and proceeded to manage and publish the Merchandise Mart "MM" directory, LUXEHOME Directory, Real Estate Executive and Builder/ Architect Magazine. In 2012 Andy came to Silver Leaf and has used more than 20 years of sales, marketing and business development experience to take Silver Leaf to new heights. In addition to sales, networking and marketing Andy is critical in finding and development of new and talented craftsman and contractors. As customer liaison Andy is onsite regularly keeping our management system up to date and assuring your project is running smoothly.


Nabor Benigno

Craftsman

Arriving at Silver Leaf in 2008 as field service tech Nabor has honed his skills in a variety of trades. Specializing in trim carpentry and finishing he now focuses on fine cabinetry and millwork installation. With extensive knowledge in plumbing, electric, drywall and painting Nabor is a key figure in the punch list and finishing details of nearly every project. As a long time Silver Leaf employee he is a valuable asset to the team and helps assure the highest quality product is delivered.


Erick Benigno

Craftsman /Apprentice

Starting in 2014 as part time field tech while in school studying architectural photography. In addition to photography Erick has transitioned to full time working to master his millwork and craftsmanship. In addition to the finishing Erick is critical in maintaining site conditions, working in demolition and punch list completion. Making sure your site is secure and comfortable during the project and finished to perfection are among his top priorities.


Asberto Villalpando

Field Technician

New to the Silver Leaf team in 2016, Asberto maintains a high level of efficiency and hard work. Specializing in demolition and site maintenance he a key figure in making sure your existing site gets taken apart properly. Safety and cleanliness are a top priority as dust and debris can travel to other areas of the home or job-site during the initial phases of construction.
