1. Design Consultation

   Our process begins with a complementary design consultation, at which time Silver Leaf Construction & Renovation designers will discuss the design parameters, set project goals and establish a realistic custom budget based on your needs.

2. Secure Financing

   The next step in the process is to secure financing for the project. For your convenience, Silver Leaf Construction & Renovation works in conjunction with several of the Chicago area's leading lenders to provide you with a variety of prearranged programs designed exclusively for our customers.

3. Full-scale Blueprints

   Depending on the scope of your project, the Silver Leaf Construction & Renovation architects and engineers will next prepare the necessary full-scale blueprints, including floor plans, building elevations, engineering surveys and building permit applications.

4. Material Selection

   Prior to the commencement of construction, our staff will guide you through our customer-friendly material selection process. Selecting and ordering all materials prior to commencement provides for a timely and efficient build. Silver Leaf Construction & Renovation will design a custom selection timeline based on your lifestyle and availability.

5. Execution of the Build

   Once construction begins, our project managers and superintendents will execute the build as efficiently and effectively as possible, while maintaining a clean and orderly jobsite. The comfort of our clients is important to us, therefore we take measures to protect your living or work space by sectioning off the construction area and access points, along with providing site dumpsters, material storage containers and restroom facilities.

6. Final Walkthrough

   Upon project completion, your superintendent and project manager will take you on a final walkthrough. Our knowledgeable staff will answer any questions or concerns and familiarize you with the new products and features. Customer satisfaction is our ultimate goal, and we are proud to deliver a 100% complete project with quality and craftsmanship that is unmatched in the marketplace.

7. Guaranteed Service Warranty

   Post-completion, we want you to be as confident in the end-product as we are. Consequently, we provide a 12-month guaranteed service warranty. Our dedicated service staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in the event of an emergency.
