This is why we have created a user friendly design/build process to handle your project from concept to completion.

Phase 1: Planning & Design

Concept Sketches: Our cutting edge designers will listen to your needs and wants, and then complete concept sketches and project parameters to get things started. All of our projects are designed with value in mind to ensure we meet your budget right from the start.

Architectural/ Engineering: Once your concept sketches are approved, our architects will complete the necessary construction plans and engineering drawings to comply with the local municipal code.

Budget: The project specifications and finish levels will be custom catered based on your project scope.Once the final budget has been achieved, construction contracts and detailed building specifications are signed.

Phase 2: Pre-Construction

Permit & Review: The necessary building permits will be completed and the review process will be facilitated by our staff.

Material Selections: In order to execute the build in a timely fashion and without delays, our process requires material selections to be finalized prior to commencement. Our designers will guide you through the process and provide you will the latest products and materials.

Site Setup: In anticipation of permit approval, the site will be prepared with floor protection and project containment areas and site fencing.

Phase 3:Construction & Warranty

Demolition: Once the permits are received, the demolition phase will begin - and all the existing building components will be removed>

Construction: Our team of craftsmen will execute the build with precision, assuring every detail is addressed. Your onsite superintendent will be available to answer any questions and educate you on all of our industry-leading construction practices.

Warranty: Upon completion of the final walkthrough, your 12 month guaranteed service warranty period will begin. We are available 24/7 to address any issues with your new materials and products.
