Jeffrey Pavlatos

With a vision for building something meaningful, Jeff brings big-picture thinking and firsthand construction experience to Silver Leaf. He leads the company’s direction, oversees the team and stays involved in the design and delivery of each project.

After beginning his construction career in 2000, Jeff worked from project management to Director of Construction before founding Silver Leaf in 2007. With more than 1000 career builds, he brings over 25 years of industry experience and a clear standard for how projects are led and delivered.

Izzy Stoklosa

A creative force behind each project, Izzy pairs a distinct design point of view with practical construction knowledge, grounding her work in practical perfection. Her warm, collaborative approach bridges striking aesthetics and everyday buildability, creating spaces that feel intentional and fully resolved.

With a Bachelor of Science in Architecture, she brings a foundation in spatial planning and design, shaping each project from concept through the details that bring the vision together.

Bud Scatena

Known as a voice of reason on the jobsite, Bud brings an approachable, problem-solving mindset to project management. He stays closely connected to clients, trades and field activity, keeping communication clear and decisions moving while making sure the work is fully coordinated and executed to a consistently high standard throughout the entire process.

With 30 years in construction, including a decade managing high-end custom homes on Chicago’s North Shore, Bud brings seasoned perspective and practical judgment to every stage of the build.

Toni Benigno


Toni brings focus and versatility to the field, with a strong eye for detail and a willingness to take on whatever the project requires. He approaches each task with care, patience and a focus on getting the work right, whether he is assisting with installation, finish work or final project details. He brings that same care to both the visible details and the work behind them.

In addition to his field work, Toni helps supervise crews and coordinate daily activity on site, bringing adaptability and reliability to the work around him.

Nabor Benigno

Craftsman

Nabor brings a wide range of hands-on skills to Silver Leaf, specializing in trim carpentry, finishing, fine cabinetry and millwork installation. His knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall and painting also makes him an important part of the finishing and punch list process on nearly every project.

Since joining Silver Leaf in 2008 as a field service technician, Nabor has continued to refine his craftsmanship across multiple trades and plays a key role in delivering the quality and attention to detail our projects require from installation through final completion.

Larry Bogosh

Senior Craftsman

Blending a background in engineering, management and construction, Larry brings decades of technical knowledge and proven expertise to Silver Leaf. His broad knowledge of the trades and practical approach make him a trusted craftsman across the company.

Larry began his construction career in 1987 after transitioning from manufacturing and mechanical engineering. With more than 1,000 career builds and over 30 years of industry experience, he brings a high level of skill, precision and craftsmanship to every project.

Asberto Villalpando

Field Technician

Asberto is responsible for the early groundwork that keeps each project organized, protected and ready for construction. From controlled demolition to site maintenance, and final punchlist he works carefully to contain dust and debris, protect surrounding areas and maintain a clean, safe environment as work progresses. His work sets the stage for everything that follows.

With Silver Leaf since 2016, Asberto brings consistency and efficiency to the jobsite, helping each project start on solid footing and stay orderly through the entire process.
